An ion injection device is provided to reduce the size and weight by using a coin or sheet type battery and to care spots of the skin where liver spots and wrinkles are formed, intensively. An ion injection device(100A) for accelerating the absorption of active materials into the skin is composed of: a bar-shaped housing(10) having an inner space; a battery(12) installed in the housing to supply power; a current control circuit(14) for controlling the current output from the battery; a first contact unit(16) electrically connected to one of two electrodes of the battery to come into contact with the skin through points or lines; a second contact unit(18) electrically connected to the other of two electrodes of the battery and disposed at the lateral side of the housing; an operating unit(20) for turning on or off the power; and a storing space formed at one end of the housing and filled with active materials.
