By the extrusion method (figure 1, position 1), polyethylene fibers are produced (figure 1, position 2). These fibers are cooled in a cold-water vessel (figure 1, position 3). Then, these - after pre-stretching (figure 1, position 4) - are inserted in a heated oven (figure 1, position 5), where by means of shafts (figure 1, position 6), the fibers are stretched. The filament produced by the above method is wound on reels (figure 1, position 8) in a winding machine (figure 1, position 9). Then, the filament reels are mounted on the knitting machine and are knitted to net gauzes with polyethylene fibers. The final product is a net for palletizing various materials (figure 2), which has high elasticity and high resistance to breakage and tension. |
