A system and a method for processing overseas card payment, and a recording medium for the same are provided to perform a payment authentication procedure corresponding to the overseas card through an information registration system for registering the overseas credit card member shop. A message receiving unit(900) receives a payment authentication request message as to a credit card used overseas. A message confirming unit(905) confirms the payment authentication request message whether a credit card is used in domestic or overseas. Credit card member shop information is extracted by an information extracting unit(910). A message processing unit(920) asks for payment authentication to a settlement server by replacing the member shop information with company information of agency payment.
