摘要 <p>An apparatus and a method for controlling power of a transmitter in a mesh network are provided to reduce a delay between signals and simultaneously perform mobility tracking and power controlling to provide a service continuously. A cumulated factor calculator(450) calculates cumulated factors by comparing the first power and the second power. A reference power setting unit(460) sets reference power according to a range belonging to the total value obtained by adding pre-set reference power and the sum of the cumulated factors. A power processing unit(420) controls power according to the total value obtained by adding the pre-set reference power and the sum of the cumulated factors. A mobility estimating unit(430) estimates mobility according to the total value obtained by adding the pre-set reference power and the sum of the cumulated factors. A path processing unit executes a mobility path protocol if the total value of the pre-set reference power and the cumulated factors is greater than a high threshold value.</p>
