HEAT RECEIVER FOR LIQUID COOLING UNIT, LIQUID COOLING UNIT AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

A heat receiver for a liquid cooling unit, and the liquid cooling unit and an electronic device using the same are provided to prevent increase of thickness of the heat receiver installed to the electronic device such as a notebook computer. A case(44) sections a circulation path(46) on a heat conductive plate(45) having a planar shape. An inlet nozzle(47) faces an upstream end of the circulation path from the outside of the case. An outlet nozzle(48) faces a downstream end of the circulation path from the outside of the case at the outside of the heat transfer plate. The case forms a lower space(53) than the circulation path and the inlet or outlet nozzle faces the lower space. Heat radiating fins(49) are arranged on the thermal conductive plate in a zigzag pattern. The heat radiating fins stand upright from the surface of the thermal conductive plate. The heat radiating fins are designed to extend in the direction of the coolant flow.
