<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotation of a casing of a tension balancer for an overhead wire with a simple structure and to simplify assembling work. SOLUTION: A tube-like casing 1 telescopically accommodates a middle tube 3 and a hollow rod 4, while large-diameter and small-diameter coil springs 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b for elastic repulsively energizing them to the immersing direction is concentrically interposed between the casing 1, the middle tube 3, and the hollow rod 4. A U-shaped bolt 19 is inserted into respective pairs of through holes formed in a peripheral wall of an axial direction opening end part on the opposite side of a projecting direction of the hollow rod 4 in the casing 1 such that linear parts of the U-shaped bolt 19 extend in a cross direction of the casing 1, while the casing 1 accommodates an end plate such that an end face of the end plate receives the U-shaped bolt 19 in a tension generating state of an overhead wire. A support side hook 17 is attached to insertion holes 10a formed in the end plate in an inserting state, while the U-shaped bolt 19 is inserted through engaging holes 17a formed in the support side hook 17 so that rotation of the casing 1 in the peripheral direction is prevented. Thus, a support installing structure can be simplified.</p> |
