<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vacuum switchgear in which partial discharge or dielectric breakdown at a vacuum valve is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating supporter 3 separately supports a vacuum valve 2 for each phase. Its integral cast 3a covers by casting portions of high electric field such as outer peripheral parts of end plates 2c and 2d of the vacuum valve 2, a fixed-side electrification shaft 2f, and a load-side terminal plate 32, with a gap prevented from occurring with them. An extending support part 3b extended from the integral cast part 3a is fitted side by side by three phases to a fitting plate 19 of a tank 13 filled with an insulating gas in the depth direction of a figure 1. The outer peripheral parts of the end plates 2c and 2d of high electric field are covered for no gap at the integral cast 3a. So the partial discharge or dielectric breakdown at the part of high electric field is prevented for the shorter interval between the vacuum valves 2 and a shorter distance from the tank 13, resulting in a compact size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
