<p>An apparatus for providing information about over-the-air (OTA) transmission is provided, which includes a communication interface connected with an external device for communication via an external communication network; and a controlling part which controls the communication interface such that the information about OTA transmission is transmitted to the external device via the external communication network As a result, OTA information can be provided to the users more efficiently, by transmitting text message regarding the OTA information to the external devices of the users.</p> |
