A short message transmission system in a wireless communication network and a method thereof are provided to simultaneously deliver contents of a message inputted by an information transmitter to an information obtainer together with a voice call in short message type when the voice call is progressed between the transmitter and the obtainer, thus exact delivery of contents of a lecture can be available. A voice call is progressed(S10). A service control server allows initiation of a service capable of conducting simultaneous transmission of a short message during the voice call(S11). A network computer terminal accesses a web site capable of performing an SMS(Short Message Service)(S12), and inputs a telephone number of a trainee's mobile communication terminal(S13). If a certain part which the trainee does not understand is found(S14), a word or a sentence unfamiliar to the trainee is inputted as a text message and transmitted(S15). The text message is transmitted to an SMSC(SMS Center)(S16). The SMSC transmits the text message to the trainee's terminal in SMS type(S17).
