A flat panel display is provided to connect ground pads in driving chip electrode pads respectively corresponding to a plurality of driving chips for driving a flat display panel to stably supply a voltage and prevent a gate block phenomenon. A flat panel display includes a flat display panel(110) for displaying images and a plurality of driving chips(120,122) for driving the flat display panel. At least some of ground pads respectively corresponding to the driving chips are connected. The ground pads are connected through a ground line(113) formed on a substrate of the flat display panel. The flat panel display further includes a chassis(400,500) enveloping the display panel and a conductive material for connecting the chassis to the ground pads. The conductive material corresponds to a conductive tape.
