An apparatus of welding a solenoid valve for automobile ABS(Antilock Brake System) is provided to reduce the generation of welding flaws substantially by accurately fixing a valve assembly to a welding position and improve the operation efficiency by promptly performing an operation of fixing the valve assembly to the welding position. An apparatus of welding a solenoid valve for automobile ABS includes: a placement part(10) which is liftably installed to support a preassembled solenoid valve assembly from a lower side; a housing(20) having a plurality of collets(30) for supporting a side face of the solenoid valve assembly placed on the placement part; and a welder for welding the solenoid valve assembly having its position fixed by the placement part and the collets. The collets further has a collet supporting member(31) slantly surface-contacted therewith, and the placement part has a load part(13), and a stepped height part(14) projected in the lifting direction of the load part such that the collets are fastened by pushing up the collet supporting member during lifting of the stepped height part. The placement part further has a liftable guide part(40) formed on an upper side thereof. The guide part has a cap groove(41) formed therein to guide a sleeve.
