A panel structure for reducing vibration of a vehicle is provided to improve bending strength of the panel structure by forming an auxiliary panel on a curved section formed in a vehicle body panel. A vibration reducing panel structure comprises a main panel(100), which forms a vehicle body and includes a curved section(110) having a predetermined curvature radius. An auxiliary panel(200) has a curvature radius different from that of the curved section, and is welded to an upper surface of the main panel to cover the curved section. An absorbing member(300), which includes buffering material and has a pillar shape, is inserted between the main panel and the auxiliary panel in a perpendicular direction to the main panel and the auxiliary panel.
