The invention consists in a machine (press) for the shaping of welded shielding fence for the creation of a desired number of grooves with the desired shape along the fence, for the improvement of its rigidity and aesthetics. The machine is incorporated in the shielding fence welding line, operates as part thereof, shapes in a single stage without moving the fence, and without reducing the productivity of the line or requiring additional handling. The machine consists of a fixed rigid metallic frame (3), while it shapes the fence by pressing the moving upper part of the dies (4) to the lowerfixed part (9) by the sequential and in series activation of hydraulic cylinders (7). The flattening of the final fence (2), figure 1, is secured by the adjustable boundaries (10) incorporated in themoving dies (4), figure 3. |
