A roof sheet based on a synthetic polymer is provided to obtain a laminated sheet having a uniform dimension stability and causing no interlayer separation, and to realize excellent anti-fouling property, weather resistance and flame resistance. A roof sheet based on a synthetic polymer having improved anti-fouling property and weather resistance comprises: an upper layer(101) and a lower layer(102) each formed of a waterproof sheet comprising a blend of thermoplastic fluoroelastomer-olefinic elastomer copolymer; an intermediate layer(103) formed between the upper layer and the lower layer and comprising polypropylene composite web knitted from water repellent-treated polyester reinforcing or filament yarns or glass fibers; an adhesive layer formed on the top of the upper layer and comprising a polyurethane-acrylic adhesive; and a surface treating layer(106) formed on the top of the adhesive layer and comprising a fluoro-acrylic resin.
