A motor pole housing assembly is provided to reduce a loss due to an eddy current by minimizing an eddy current generated within a magnetic field formed by a stator. A motor pole housing assembly includes a stator(55) and a housing(51). The stator is located at a position separated from a rotor having a laminate structure by a predetermined distance. The stator is composed of a permanent magnet. The stator is installed on an inner circumferential surface of the housing. The motor pole housing assembly constitutes a blow motor for an automobile air conditioner with the rotor. The housing is formed by laminating housing members of a conductive material. The housing members are composed of annular plates. The housing members are coupled while interposing insulating layers between the members. The insulating layers are made of any one material of enamel resin and epoxy resin.
