A BLDC motor is provided to prevent a magnet from colliding against top and bottom cover plates or an inner wall of an inserting hole in spite of transmitting a shock to a rotor during an initial starting-up or variable speed. A BLDC(Brushless Direct Currency) includes a rotor core, inserting holes, a plurality of magnets, and a top cover plate(23) and a bottom cover plate. The rotor core is prepared to press a rotation shaft in a central portion. A plurality of inserting holes are formed to pass the rotor core along the length direction inside a circumference of the rotor core. The inserting holes are mutually separated at a predetermined interval along the circumference direction. The plurality of magnets are arranged to have an alternating polarity by being inserted into the inserting holes. The top and bottom cover plates are combined with the top and bottom of the rotor core respectively to prevent the magnet from separating in a shaft direction.
