METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A RUBBER MAGNET WITH A COLORED FACIAL GUM MATERIAL LAYER AND A RUBBER MAGNET THEREOF

A method for manufacturing a rubber magnet with a colored facial gum material layer and a rubber magnet thereof are provided to improve an appearance and to prevent environmental pollution by preventing the colored facial gum material layer from peeling. A method for manufacturing a rubber magnet(2) with a colored facial gum material layer(3) includes the steps of: coating the colored gum material layer on a face of the rubber magnet; adding a surface active agent to the gum material layer; and adding other surface active agent to the gum material layer so as to adhere the face of the gum material layer and the rubber magnet. The gum material layer and the rubber magnet are firmly adhered to each other. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated on the rubber magnet with the colored facial gum material layer(31). The gum material layer is a reinforced facial layer with uniform color, and is rapidly dried and solidified not to peel the layer.
