PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of preventing a crack in a resin thin wall in an optical device for an optical element wherein a light emitting element composed of a light emitting element module which is composed of a light reflecting member comprising a concave curved face and a resin used to seal at least a concave part on the light reflecting member, and in which a light emitting element chip is sealed in a molding resin near the center of the light reflecting member or a light receiving element composed of a light receiving element module in which the light receiving element chip is sealed in a molding resin can be sealed or arranged. SOLUTION: The concentration part of stress generated by the thermal contraction or the expansion of the light reflecting member 15 and the molding resin 16, or the recess of the light reflecting member or the whole surface of the light reflecting member is coated with a silicone or the like, a stress buffer material 23 is installed, the stress is made to escape, the generation of the crack is prevented, light is used efficiently, and the degradation of the element is prevented. |
