The invention relates to an ecological process for pre-cleaning cotton cloths by removing non-cellulosic impurities with enzymatic products. According to the invention, the process is carried out by ehaustion or quetching-storing, on equipments such as spool or jet overflow or quetch-storing pipes, respectively, by treating the cloths with an aqueous solution containing 0.025...3 g/l alkaline pectinase of the pectate-lyase group with enzymatic activity of 3000 APSU/g, 1...5 ml/l of non-ionic surface-active product, based on fatty alcohol derivative ether polyglycol, with or without addition of 0.15...0.20 g/l of EDTA complexing product, with or without addition of 0.5...2 g/l alpha-amylase of non-pathogen microorganisms with enzymatic activity of 1200NAU/g, at a pH value of 7...9, with sodium carbonate, at a bath ratio of 1:20 and it is maintained at a temperature of 55...65A C, for 30...60 min, for the pectine enzymatic hydrolyzis.
|
