An apparatus for expanding hangwa(Korean traditional cookie) dough by heating it is provided to expand hangwa dough without using an oil, thereby improving the taste and reducing environmental pollution. An apparatus for expanding hangwa dough comprises a tub-shaped main frame(100) having space inside; a heating plate(110) which is formed at the upper part of the main frame; a wall body(111) which is formed along the circumference of the main frame to form the cooking space(120) whose upper part is opened; a heat conductor(20) which is accommodated in the heating plate and where the hangwa dough is loaded; a fuel intake block(230) which comprises a plurality of fuel intakes and is formed at the lower part of the heating plate to heat the heating plate; a gas supply pipe(220) which supplies gas to the fuel intake block; and an ignition unit. |
