A pneumatic movable weir for discharging bottom water is provided to prevent the pollution of contained water and the accumulation of impurities contained in bottom water on the bottom of a pneumatic movable weir by discharging bottom water effectively. A pneumatic movable weir for discharging bottom water includes a foundation(110) constructed in the width direction of a river, a rubber tube(120) installed on the foundation in the width direction of a river, an air supply device supplying air to the inside of the rubber tube or deflating to expand or contract the rubber tube, and a bottom water discharge device discharging the bottom water of the upper part of the rubber tube and including a discharge guide plate(130) installed to the upper part of the rubber tube to rise and fall together with the rubber tube to contain river water and to discharge bottom water and a bottom water discharge pipe(140) formed on the discharge guide plate at a certain distance to guide the rubber tube to discharge bottom water, wherein the bottom water discharge pipe comprises a first discharge unit(141) provided with an inlet(141a) at the bottom and projected to the upper part of the discharge guide plate at the top to connect with a through hole(131) of the discharge guide plate, a second discharge unit(142) connected with the through hole of the discharge guide plate at the bottom and projected to the lower part of the discharge guide plate to form an outlet(142b) at the top to discharge the rising bottom water by the first discharge unit to the lower reaches, and a discharge guide unit(143) formed on the bottom of the outlet of the second discharge unit to guide the bottom water flowing along the second discharge unit to be discharged in the distance from the right below the outlet. |
