A fixing device for an external panel of a building is provided to fix a lightweight sheet at an angle and to replace a broken external panel easily by installing a fixed support angle with a plurality of grooves and a cup shaped fixed member with fixed grooves. A fixing device for an external panel(P) of a building comprises a fixed support angle(10), and a cup shaped fixed member(15). The fixed support angle has an upper vertical part(2), a horizontal part(3), and a lower vertical part(4) with a bent angle shape. A combining long hole(5) is formed at the lower vertical part to control height by an anchor bolt(6) and a wedge pipe(7). Circular fixing holes(8) are formed at the upper vertical part. The fixed support angle has a plurality of grooves along with the inner peripheral surfaces of the fixing holes. The cup shaped fixed member has a space part(12) in which a packing material(W) is filled and a fixed rod(11) is inserted, a catching piece(13) corresponding to the shape of the groove, and fixed grooves(14) in which an inner peripheral surface of the fixed hole of the upper vertical part is inserted.
