A structure of a cross bar for transferring a panel is provided to rotatably support the cross bar, which is placed between transfer bars of transfer device, even the deviation of the amount of movement thereof is in existence, to improve the durability of the cross bar. A structure of a cross bar for transferring a panel comprises a pair of transfer bars(10) on which palettes having panels stacked thereon are placed to be transferred at the destination, a plurality of cross bars(20) positioned between the transfer bars, a support member(50) provided on the both end of the cross bar, a securing pin(52) installed on the middle of the support member, and a clamping cylinder(60) for attaching the securing pin to the inside of the transfer bar via a plate(70) in equally spaced apart relationship. The cross bars are provided on the inside of the opposite ends thereof with a spring(51) to resiliently carry the support member.
