A method and system for processing traffic information of a vehicle is provided to notify waiting passengers of an arrival expected time of a vehicle by reflecting traffic circumstances in rear time. A designated GPS wireless terminal(10) is installed in a vehicle traveling in a fixed section to transmit position information of the vehicle to an integrated server(20). A site(30), receiving display information from the integrated server, is installed at each station established in the whole section at regular intervals. The integrated server has database for road information between the stations in the whole section, and acquires the traveling area of the vehicle from the position information of the vehicle. A time where the vehicle passes at each state is calculated by using the database, and is transmitted to the site. |
