A voice transceiving device is provided to enable a user to clearly hear a voice of the other party even in a noisy environment, while the user can deliver high-quality voice to the other party even without making a loud voice, thus voice transceiving can be clearly conducted. A voice input unit(12) converts a physical voice generated from a user's inner ear into an electric voice signal according to the user's voice pronunciation by being inserted into the user's inner ear. A voice output unit(13) converts the electric voice signal into a physical voice by being inserted into the user's inner ear together with the input unit(12), and outputs the converted voice. A sealing unit(11) seals the user's inner ear once the input unit(12) and the output unit(13) are inserted into the user's inner ear. A controller(14) selectively removes echo components when the outputted physical voice is inputted by being echoed to the input unit(12).
