A self-centering washer for a clutch release bearing is provided to prevent plasticization of a corrugation unit and maintain a function of self-centering for a washer. A self-centering washer(3) for a clutch release bearing includes a plurality of subtangent corrugations and a ring gear. The ring gear has a plurality of saw teeth extending from the inside of the ring gear. The washer is made of a material having an elastic limit above 1000MPa at 20°C. Ho, a subtangent size of the corrugation unit, and a ratio of a thickness meets a geometric condition, 2.4 < Ho/e <= 5.
