PRE-TREATING METHOD OF PISTON COATING

A method for pre-treating of a piston-coating is provided to prevent an alkali film from being generated by injecting a vegetable skim material into a base metal, thereby capable of reducing number of processes. A method for pre-treating of a piston-coating comprises steps: dipping a base metal in predetermined temperature of water for predetermined time; injecting a vegetable skim material to the base metal to eliminate an oil film which is made of an insolubility pollutants; washing the base metal with the running water; and eliminating remaining moisture from the base metal. The vegetable skim material is extracted from tall oil, soy oil, cotton seed oil, caster oil and coconut oil. The vegetable skim material is injected to the base metal as a liquid.
