A log slicer for processing chip sheets is provided to produce a large number of chip sheets having even thickness by providing a log fastened to a bias table with cutting blades continuously. A log slicer for processing chip sheet comprises a motor, a power transmitting unit, a crank, a driving table(20), a bias table(30), a latch, a lifting unit, and a conveyor belt(55). The motor generates power. The power transmitting unit transmits torque of the motor to an output shaft(13). The crank is connected to two ends of the output shaft to convert torque from the power transmitting unit into reciprocating movement. The driving table includes cutting blades(23) and a chip outlet on a bed, reciprocates along a table guide unit(26) and cuts a fixed log to produce chip sheets. The bias table moves up and down on the driving table and has a fixing bias for fastening the log. The latch descends the bias table as much as the thickness of the chip sheet by the vertical movement of a lifting bar corresponding to the reciprocating movement of the driving table. The lifting unit is connected to the latch through a gear box(40) of the driving table. The lifting unit moves down the bias table so as to supply the log toward the cutting blades as much as the thickness of the chip sheet when the latch is in motion. The conveyor belt is installed under the driving table to convey the chip sheets discharged through the chip sheet outlet to a worker. Further, the power transmitting unit contains a connecting shaft belt-connected with a driving pulley of the motor, and an outputting shaft. |
