A method for cryopreserving a bone marrow is provided to prevent polymer materials such as DNA, RNA, and protein from being damaged, thereby capable of investigating or studying the bone marrow and observing a tissue form of the bone marrow within short period of time. A method for manufacturing a frozen section slide of the frozen bone marrow is provided to obtain the slide with removed erythrocytes interrupting the observation of the bone marrow tissue. A method for cryopreserving a bone marrow comprises the steps of: (a) inhaling and collecting the bone marrow in a bone marrow cryopreserving container to charge the container with the bone marrow; (b) firstly refrigerating the bone marrow cryopreserving container at a temperature of -20 to -90 deg.C; (c) taking the firstly refrigerated bone marrow block out of the bone marrow cryopreserving container and making it safely received in a refrigerated bone marrow storage container; and (d) after charging a medium for preparing a frozen section with an upper portion of a frozen bone marrow block which is safely received inside of the refrigerated cryopreserving container and a frame blank portion where the frozen bone marrow block is not safely received, secondly refrigerating it at a temperature of -20 to -90 deg.C, wherein the content of the bone marrow charged inside of the bone marrow cryopreserving container is 0.1-3ml. A bone marrow cryopreserving container comprises an inlet portion, a bone marrow charging portion, and a bottom portion, wherein the bone marrow charging portion has an open upper part and an empty inside shape, and the bottom portion has a safe to allow the bottom side thereof to be safely received in the refrigerated bone marrow storage container. A method for manufacturing a frozen section slide of a frozen bone marrow comprises the steps of: (a) sectioning the frozen bone marrow along a sectioning side thereof to prepare a frozen slide section; and (b) after naturally drying the frozen slide section on a slide glass, dyeing it.
