A manufacturing method of an eco-friendly functional bathtub is provided to achieve eco-friendly improved functions compared to a silver nano-product by utilizing anion, titanium dioxide and loess. A manufacturing method of an eco-friendly functional bathtub forms gel coat on the surface of a bathtub. A coating layer that forms gel coat on the surface of the bathtub is composed by mixing 2~3% of diatomite, 2~3% of monazite, 2~3% of titanium dioxide and 91~94% of unsaturated polyester resin, injecting 1~10% of a dispersing agent and 1~10% of an additive into the mixture thereof, and mixing the mixture with a stirring machine. The unsaturated polyester resin is made by mixing iso-type and acryl type in a ratio of 2:1. The gel coating agent is applied in a thickness of 0.2 - 0.4mm.
