<p>A method for manufacturing a concrete product using sludge is provided to extirpate bacteria contained in the sludge, adsorb heavy metals, and produce a stable concrete product from the sludge in a short time. A method for manufacturing a concrete product using sludge includes the steps of: mixing 15-20wt.%of cement, 15-20wt.%of sludge comprising at least one of sewage sludge and paper sludge, 15-20wt.%of loess, and 5-10wt.%of quicklime; blending the mixture with 30-50wt.%of sand; and forming the blending into a predetermined shape. The sand is quartz sand or waste molding sand. The concrete product is a manhole, utility pole, artificial reef, underwater structure, boundary stone, block, or drainpipe.</p> |
