A traffic lane delineator is provided to increase the reflexibility of light by forming a reflection coating layer made of resins and glass to a body of a traffic lane delineator and forming a rear reflection layer between the body and the reflection coating layer. A traffic lane delineator comprises a cylindrical body portion(100) widening toward the lower part, a base portion(120) formed on the bottom of the body portion widely and provided with fastening grooves(121) to couple anchor bolts(122) at the outer circumferential part to fix a traffic lane delineator to an asphalt or concrete road, and plural strip type reflection sheets(110) attached to the upper part of the body to reflect light from motor vehicle headlights, wherein a double high brightness reflection layer composed of a rear reflection layer(101) and a reflection coating layer(102) is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the body portion, and the high brightness rear reflection layer is formed on the outside of the body portion by using one of a reflection film or a reflection sheet, or, reflection paints and the reflection coating layer is formed on the outside of the rear reflection layer by coating with mixed resins and glass powder.
