A bore processing dummy head of a cylinder block is provided to increase adhesion by forming a bead part at the contact part, and to reduce the thickness of the upper dummy by forming bolt sockets. A bore processing dummy head of a cylinder block comprises an upper dummy(3), a lower dummy(5), and a plurality of bolt sockets(7). The upper dummy has a slide rail, a plurality of bore holes(H1) corresponding to bores of the cylinder block, and a plurality of socket holes. The lower dummy has slide guiders, bore holes corresponding to the bore holes of the upper dummy, and a plurality of socket holes corresponding to the socket holes of the upper dummy. The bolt sockets are fitted through the socket holes from the upper dummy to the lower dummy. The upper dummy is made of steel. Further, a thickness of the upper dummy is thinner than a thickness of a cylinder head. |
