<p>The present invention relates to an antibody which recognizes an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3- A4-Ser(PO<SUB>3</SUB>H<SUB>2</SUB>)-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr-Leu-Ala-A5 (SEQ ID NO: 9), and does not bind to an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3- A4-Ser-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr-Leu-Ala- A5 (SEQ ID NO: 8), wherein A1 is Asp or Asn, A2 is Met or Leu, A3 is Val or Leu, A4 is Asp or Glu and A5 is Asp or Glu, a hybridoma producing the antibody, a kit comprising the antibody, and a method for diagnosing a neurological disorder using the antibody.</p> |
