A powerless opening and shutting type movable intercepting weir is provided to prevent a reduction in a cross section in a conduit by a weir, a counterflow of wastewater and an increase in the speed of a current by moving an intercepting weir by the quantity of water in a conduit, thereby opening or closing a flow passage partially. A powerless opening and shutting type movable intercepting weir for controlling wastewater effectively by discharging domestic wastewater and rainwater to a sewage disposal plant and a river separately includes a weir guide(10) installed in a conduit(1), and a movable weir(20) installed on the bottom of the conduit by the weir guide to intercept wastewater and rainwater and pulled by a wire(30) passing through a wire guide(15) installed in the conduit to ascend and descend in the conduit, wherein the wire is extended toward the lower reaches of the conduit and equipped with a buoy(40) at the extended end, and the buoy is floated on the water in the conduit and pushed in the flow direction of wastewater or rainwater to pull the wire and to ascend and descend the movable weir. |
