An organic waste treating apparatus is provided to simplify the process by omitting an anoxic digestion process and simultaneously carrying out an anaerobic digestion process and an aerobic digestion process within one treatment tank. An organic waste treating apparatus comprises: a flow equalization tank(10) including an anaerobic flow equalization tank(11) into which organic waste flows, and a converting flow equalization tank(12) which is connected to the anaerobic flow equalization tank, and in which a microorganism contact media(13) and an air ejection pipe(14) are installed; an anaerobic/aerobic composite treatment tank(20) including a first anaerobic/aerobic composite treatment tank(21), a second anaerobic/aerobic composite treatment tank(22) and a third anaerobic/aerobic composite treatment tank(23) which are connected to the flow equalization tank, and have a fixed contact media(24) and an air diffuser(25) disposed in an inner central part thereof; a contact aeration tank(30) which is connected to the anaerobic/aerobic composite treatment tank, and in which a microorganism fixed media(31) and an aeration pipe(32) are disposed; and a settling tank(40) connected to the contact aeration tank. |
