Transfer rollers of an apparatus for manufacturing a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) are provided to reduce a defect of the PCB, prevent the PCB from being distorted, and prevent a top transfer roller from dropping or being distorted. Transfer rollers of an apparatus for manufacturing a PCB include an A block transfer roller(10), a liquid removing knife, and a B block transfer roller(20). The A block transfer roller is formed between devices for washing the PCB with purified water at a room temperature or a high temperature and removing particles in a hole of the PCB with an ultrasonic wave. The A block transfer roller is surrounded with a flexible material for transferring the PCB. The liquid removing knife removes moisture of the PCB washed through the A block transfer roller. The B block transfer roller is surrounded with a rigid-flexible material with a fixed hardness and a heat-resistance to transfer the PCB to a device for injecting air at a high temperature so as to remove the moisture of the PCB through the liquid removing knife entirely.
