摘要 A tension control structure of a dovetail processing device is provided to provide a belt with tension by controlling distance between a rotary axle of a motor and a rotary axle of a spindle head and to fasten the spindle head by using a tension lock cylinder. A tension control structure of a dovetail processing device comprises spindle heads(40a,40b), a motor(20), a dovetail unit having a pair of slidable upper plates and a fixed lower plate, a pair of pitch control cylinders(80a,80b), a jib lock cylinder, a tension cylinder, and a tension lock cylinder(104). The spindle heads are separated from each other at a regular interval. The motor drives the spindle heads with a belt(22). The slidable upper plates are movable to control the interval between the upper plates. The pitch control cylinder moves the slidable upper plates horizontally. The jib lock cylinder fixes the slidable upper plate to the fixed lower plate. The tension cylinder is operated between a base(101) and a frame(102), wherein the motor is fixed to the base. The tension cylinder lifts the base up and down to control interval and tension of the belt. The tension lock cylinder is driven by hydraulic power and configured around the tension cylinder so at to keep the space between the base and the frame.
