A closing spring assembly of a switching mechanism of an air circuit breaker is provided to easily manufacture a spring sheet, and easily couple a spring guide pin with the spring sheet by pressing. A closing spring assembly of a switching mechanism for an air circuit breaker includes at least one closing spring(3), a first spring sheet member(7), a second spring sheet plate(6), a spring guide pin(5), and a support bracket. The first spring sheet member is connected to the switching mechanism and supports one end portion of a closing spring. The second spring sheet plate supports the other end portion of the closing spring and has a front surface supporting the other end portion of the closing spring and a rear surface disposed at a side opposite to the front surface. The spring guide pin is installed with passing the closing spring, and guides and supports the closing spring. The support bracket supports the second spring sheet plate of the closing spring within a limited angle to be rotatable by the switching mechanism.
