A method for manufacturing soundproofing panels using loess is provided to produce the soundproofing panels having excellent hardness and tensile strength, a far infrared emission effect, and a soundproofing function even without firing loess. A method for manufacturing soundproofing panels using loess includes the steps of: stirring and mixing 20-30 wt.% of a loess powder(particle size: 100-325 mesh), 20-50wt.% of a lightweight ceramic prepared by using artificial aggregate, 20-30wt.% of cement, 5-20wt.% of an inorganic hardener, and 5-10wt.% of polyethylene fibers for 5-20 minutes; compressing the mixture through a press to produce a panel having a thickness of 5-20 cm; and drying the produced panels at ambient temperature.
