FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: plastic surgery of the posterior wall of inguinal canal is performed with the two-ply endoprosthesis. The internal and external endoprosthesis plies are implanted following the surgical d-bridement of the hernial sac. While the internal ply is in work, the external ply is tightly packed in shape of cylinder. At the same time, the packed ply is fixed proximally and distally with temporary ligatures. One cylinder end is connected with the central part of the internal endoprosthesis ply. The endoscopic equipment is used in preparation of the bed for the internal endoprosthesis ply, for visual control and correction of the internal ply position during the implantation. After completion of implanting the internal ply, the external ply is unpacked and stretch out. In preparation of the bed for the internal ply, the "Mini harvest" elevators are used. Fixation of the internal ply is performed with use of the "Versa Tack" herniostapler. ^ EFFECT: risk of post-operational internal bleeding and peritoneal commissures are reduced; cosmetic effect is provided. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg
