FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to woodworking and is intended, in particular, for double-side straightening of small-capacity barrels' frames riveting edges. Machine contains bed plate, two knife heads with drives, device for rivets supply and drive of rivets supply with driving shaft. Device of rivets supply is made in the form of disc with grooves and supports, which is installed on the driving shaft. On the driving shaft links are also installed with the help of sliding bearings with knife heads with drive that are fixed in their top parts. Links are arranged with the possibility of regulation of distance between the knife heads with the help of adjusting screws with limb, at that links are connected with telescopic control rod with adjusting screw of knife heads supply in order to begin the rivet processing. ^ EFFECT: reduction of material intensity of the machine and increase of quality of riveting processing; increase of machine efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
