FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device incorporates elements of condensation made up of thin dielectric films glued together with opposite charges or microwires arranged there between. Note also that the said elements of condensation are integrated into a common detachable frame unit composed of thin-wall titanium and polymer tubes. The device comprises a two-layer enclosure attached to the frame and covering the device. Note here that the outer detachable enclosure has a light reflecting film coat, while the inner enclosure is made from a thin durable dielectric screen to ensure protection against dust and insects. There is a water accumulating cone arranged below the structure elements. The said cone apex turned downward has a hole with a tube fixed therein along with a filter to withdraw water in accumulator. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and ease of assembly. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
