FIELD: technological processes; cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of wastes recycling. Milling cutter consists of drum with rotation axis, on the external surface of which holders are fixed, to which replaceable cutting elements are fixed, each of which is made in the form of cogged plate, which is installed in the plane that crosses plane of drum rotation with the possibility of changing its position by turning it in location plane in relation to holder. In order to improve reliability and reduce labor intensiveness of production, on the external surface of drum alternating grooves are made with formation of bulges between them, and the cutting element holders are fixed between them. The cutting element is made in the form of plate intended for fixing on the bearing element, and the plate is shaped as polygon with central opening and cogs installed along the plate perimeter. In order to achieve specified technical result, the plate is made with additional cogs, moreover, tops of at least some additional cogs are located at the distance from the plate opening geometric axis, which is less than the distance, at which main cog tops are located. ^ EFFECT: receiving milling cutter with improved technical characteristics. ^ 12 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex |
