The ferritic chromium steel contains carbon (in wt.%) (0.1 or less), silicon (0.1-1), manganese (0.6 or less), chromium (20-25), nickel (2 or less), molybdenum (0.5-2), niobium (0.3-1.5), titanium (0.5 or less), zirconium (0.5 or less), rare earth metals (0.3 or less), aluminum (0.1 or less) and nitrogen (0.07 or less) and remainder of iron and normally occurring impurities. The total of zirconium and titanium content is at least 0.2%. The ferritic chromium steel contains carbon (in wt.%) (0.1 or less), silicon (0.1-1), manganese (0.6 or less), chromium (20-25), nickel (2 or less), molybdenum (0.5-2), niobium (0.3-1.5), titanium (Ti) (0.5 or less), zirconium (Zr) (0.5 or less), rare earth metals (0.3 or less), aluminum (0.1 or less) and nitrogen (0.07 or less) and remainder of iron and normally occurring impurities. The total of zirconium and titanium content (Zr+Ti) is at least 0.2%. The zirconium in ferritic chromium stainless is substituted by hafnium. The molybdenum in ferritic chromium stainless is partly substituted by tungsten. The niobium in ferritic chromium stainless is partly substituted by tantalum and/or vanadium. |
