The invention relates to medicine and can be used for urologic surgery and lithotripsy. The inventive laser device comprises at least one laser emitter used for lithotripsy of gallstones and a second laser emitter used for dissecting and coagulating tissues. The first laser emitter is embodied in such a way that it makes it possible to convert light into a second harmonic light, the pulse time of which ranges from 0.5 to 5.0 mks, and comprises a laser resonator which is based on a Nd:YAlO<SUB>3</SUB> crystal, wherein a q-modulation is performed by means of a gate with a frustrated internal reflectance and a fibre-optic delay line, and an extracavity transducer which is used for converting light into a second harmonic light and is based on a non-linear crystall having a conversion efficiency equal to or greater than 25%. The second laser emitter makes it possible to operate in a pulse-periodical mode with a maximum mean output power up to 100W and comprises a laser resonator based on a Nd:YAG crystal. |
