The element (1) has an elongated body (2) formed of concave and convex curve shaped corrugated slab, where the element is formed of molding material and fiber yarn material e.g. terra cotta. Axle bearings (3, 4) are threaded on modular element assembling rods (7) that are anchored and raised at the ground along a variable appearance pattern for forming a screen wall that is conformed to a chosen pattern by superposing and juxtaposing the element with another modular element. The bearings are positioned at or near ends of the body. An independent claim is also included for a concordant screen wall comprising a sheath.
