The device has a hard plastic base (1) positioned below a buoy (2) that is filled with a semi-hard silicone gel (3) in an anti-skid surface. The buoy has an expulsion valve (4) accompanied with a weight adjustment wheel that adjusts weight of a concerned person e.g. child. The buoy has an intake valve (5) that is provided with a spray bomb (7), where the gel is re-injected by using the bomb and its specific nozzle (8), from the valve (5). The expulsion valve expels the gel due to pressure of fall of the person on a tub e.g. bathtub.
