The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a process for the preparation of the drug of sedative and spasmolytic action. The process consists in that a complex of solution of -bromomethyl butanoic acid ether and peppermint oil is prepared. Thereafter - cyclodextrin is wetted with purified water and then with solution of -bromomethyl butanoic acid ether and peppermint oil. The wet complex prepared is unloaded and dried on stands for 2-2.5 days with control of weight loss when drying. After drying the complex is comminuted in mixer and drying is completed for not less than 12 hours. Thereafter the complex is sized by means of turbo calibrator. Simultaneously additives such as excipients, detachers, lubricants, flavors are prepared. The complex prepared is loaded to the bin with Phenobarbital, excipients, detachers, lubricants, flavors, and mass is mixed in blender. The mass obtained is sized and mixed in the blender for 30-40 min. The final mix is transferred to the form of a single dosage. |
