A pipe is arranged as elongated shell (10) that has connected to each other inner wear-proof layer (11) made of rubber and outer protective layer (12) made of polymer material, rod reinforcement frame (13) placed between those (11, 12), flexible cords (14) connected to rod reinforcement frame (13) and end connection element of ends (15) for connection to neighboring pipes or pipeline fittings. According to the invention the rod reinforcement frame (13) is arranged as at least one spiral rod (13a), flexible cords (14) are placed between inner wear-proof layer (11) and outer protective layer (13) and made as cross and long layers (14a, 14b), end connection elements (15) have circular frames (15a) connected to long layers (14b) of cords in such way that long layers (14b) of cords (14) by loops (14a) close around the circular frames (15a) of end connection elements (15) at whole surface, at that transverse and long layers (14a, 14b) of cords (14) are placed with crossing, and outer protective layer (12) is made of rubber and covers outer surfaces of the shell (10) of the pipe and its end connecting elements (15). Improved design of the pipe has long yielding and cross flexibility and elastic fixation of end elements, this increases operation reliability and term of operation of multi-layer elastomer pipe. |
